Returns & Refunds

We’re a small team — every return hits us hard.
We don’t mass produce, and each piece we send out is limited. When something’s returned worn or used, we can’t resell it — and that costs us real money. So we ask that you only order what you genuinely want and double-check your size before you checkout.


What If Something’s Wrong?

If there’s a genuine issue — wrong item, defect, damaged in transit — don’t worry. That’s on us.
We’ll pay for return shipping and sort it for you within a few hours, no long wait. Whether that’s a refund, replacement, or another solution — we’ll make it right.


Can I Return My Order?

You’ve got 3 days after your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and still in its original packaging

  • Tags still attached

  • With proof of purchase (your confirmation email is fine)

We’ll get back to you fast — just don’t send anything back without contacting us first or it won’t be accepted.


A Few Things We Can’t Take Back:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after trying on

  • Custom/personal pieces

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Anything not in its original condition (Must Include Tags and Unopened Package)

If you’re not sure if something qualifies, just ask — we’ll be honest with you.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The easiest way is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.


Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t seen it hit your account after 15 days, reach out and we’ll look into it.
